What's Included in Our Maintenance Services

Air Conditioning Systems

  • Recommended: Spring checkup (before cooling season)
  • Frequency: Once per year
  • Includes: Coil cleaning, refrigerant level check, thermostat calibration, electrical
  • inspections, condensate drain cleaning, and air filter inspection or replacement.

Heating Systems (Furnaces & Heat Pumps)

  • Recommended: Fall checkup (before heating season)
  • Frequency: Once per year
  • Includes: Burner and ignition inspection, safety controls check, heat exchanger inspection, gas pressure testing, blower cleaning, and air filter check.

Boilers

  • Recommended: Fall service (prior to cold months)
  • Frequency: Once per year
  • Includes: Combustion analysis, vent and flue inspection, pump and valve check, expansion tank inspection, and system flush if needed.

Quarterly Filter Checks (Optional)

  • Especially recommended for commercial spaces, high-dust environments, or households with pets or allergies.
  • Frequency: Every 3 months
  • Includes: Air filter replacement and a quick system visual inspection.
